Christmas Refund Extension 3rd January 2023
If you are shopping for Christmas, please let us know so you can return or exchange post Christmas Day. When you purchase online, please write CHRISTMAS GIFT in the notes section of Check Out. If you are shopping in our Tetbury shop, please let the team know so we can put a note on your purchase.
Refund Policy
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied you may return items within 28 days. Please note returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@moloh.com. You then have a further 14 days to return your items provided they are in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging. We regret we do not offer free postage on returned items however we will refund postage costs where goods are found to be faulty. Please note we are unable to offer exchanges due to limited stock availability so to avoid disappointment please order your replacement items separately and return the unsuitable items for a refund.
Overseas customers please mark your parcel “Unwanted Returned Goods” this will help to avoid being held up at Customs and subsequent refund delays.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please note we are unable to offer exchanges due to limited stock availability so to avoid disappointment please order your replacement items separately and return the unsuitable items for a refund.
Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
