Shipping & Handling

Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature £6.00 for deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland and are normally received between 3 – 5 working days. Express delivery is available at a charge of £15.00 if ordered by 3pm Monday to Friday.
European Countries will be charged £35.00 delivery per order. For all Countries outside of Europe please contact us at info@moloh.com for delivery charges.
Charges will be calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before payment is taken.

 

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order.  If you are not completely satisfied you may return items within 28 days.  Please note returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@moloh.com.  You then have a further 14 days to return your items provided they are in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging.  We regret we do not offer free postage on returned items however we will refund postage costs where goods are found to be faulty.  

Overseas customers please mark your parcel “Unwanted Returned Goods” this will help to avoid being held up at Customs and subsequent refund delays.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier.  We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being rejected.
