MAKING A PURCHASE

Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping bag. After you have finished, click on "Checkout". You will be asked for your details.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro, Visa Debit and American Express. You may also send your credit card information via phone, or post. Our contact numbers and postal address are below.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

No Charge for deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland and are normally received between 3 – 5 working days. Express delivery is available at a charge of £15.00.

European Countries will be charged £30.00 delivery per order. For all Countries outside of Europe please contact us at info@moloh.com for delivery charges.

Charges will be calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before payment is taken.

RETURNS POLICY (ON-LINE AND MAIL ORDER)

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied you may return items within 28 days. Please note returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@moloh.com. You then have a further 14 days to return your items provided they are in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging. We regret we do not offer free postage on returned items however we will refund postage costs where goods are found to be faulty. Please note we are unable to offer exchanges due to limited stock availability so to avoid disappointment please order your replacement items separately and return the unsuitable items for a refund.

Overseas customers please mark your parcel “Unwanted Returned Goods” this will help to avoid being held up at Customs and subsequent refund delays.

RETURNS POLICY (INSTORE)

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, please retain your receipt for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Your order will normally be despatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order.

TAX CHARGES

20% VAT is included in the prices shown. For orders outside the UK, VAT will be deducted from your shopping cart when you enter your shipping address. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods.

As the customer you are responsible for any VAT, duty, taxes, handling fees and customs charges required by your own country for importing consumer purchase. As we are unable to give you an estimate of these costs it is advisable for you to ensure you are aware of these prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery your order will be returned to MOLOH and shipping costs will not be refunded.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed using the latest 128 bit encryption. They are not held on any web site.

GUARANTEE

Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colours are a good representation, there will be slight variations due to browser settings.
